Our risk-free consignment drop ship program enables you to have the finest memorabilia items, travel trips, and unique experiences available to you for your event.
How it Works: The Off-Site Services Program at Charity Sports Auctions is a very simple and has been successful helping charities raise monies since 1999. We will work with you every step of the way to assure that you have the best suited items in place for a successful auction. Prior to your event a fundraising consultant will hold an in depth conversation with you to learn about your event and understand your target audience. Once a clear understanding of your event is achieved, we begin to prepare a custom list of suggested consignment auction items that have a successful track record in your area. These items are matched to the demographics of your guests. Prior to your event, we will mutually agree on the appropriate number of items and trips for your auction along with their consignment price (no percentages shared). That is the only fee that you will be responsible for paying us(other than shipping) as we do not take percentages or share in your proceeds of your auction. The next step is to sign our standard off-site consignment agreement. Within a week of your event, you will receive all auction items via UPS. Once your event has passed, you and your Fundraising Consultant will discuss your auction. If an item does not sell, then all we ask is that you ship it back.
